Your greatest strength I believe is your faithfulness.  You remained faithful to the journey irrespective of how many obstacles I put in my way initially.  You ensured I remained on the path with your insightful and sometimes difficult and provoking questions.  Your coaching empowered me to take my journey of self-discovery further.  I gained the courage to seek feedback from others and improve my leadership.  I have a better sense of self-worth and feel positive about how to use my God-given gifts.
